Dust inside computer.. how to get rid of it?

I always find quite a bit dust inside my pc case, especially around the fan area, e.g, cpu fan, video card fan, case fan....
Is there anyway to prevent that besides puting the pc into a cleanroom?
Would the dust cause problems and how to get rid of it?

i find that using canned air is good at removing the dust.

Either an air compressor or give you computer a nice hot bath

Dust is almost inevitable but a good can of air gets rid of Dust quite easily.

I use a paint brush. Brush, wipe the brush, deposit dust in the bin.
