Duron's Overclockability and Marking

So my week 24 Duron 650 isn't as overclockable as ones made later?

I am running it at 900MHz @ 1.75v right now. Will try 950 in a few days. I am completely satisfied with 900. I guess 950 would be nice, with 1G being great, but I doubt if I will get that high. Still happy camper, though.
