Duron Owners ! Post your optimized FSB/Mult/Voltage settings here

Post your optimized FSB, Multiplier settings and voltage to get your Duron 100% rock stable here.

Just wanted to know what kind of pattern there is for duron o/c

Mine:

Duron 600,
9.5 * 102 = 970Mhz
1.80 volt
MSI K7T-Pro2

Here we go, get ready for all the bs. These are kind of like a "mine is bigger than yours" circus. 😛

It's actually interesting to see everyone's results:

Mine:
Duron 600
9.0 * 106 = 954
1.6 volt
MSI Pro2A

Still working on getting higher though

This setup is 100% stabile, any time I bump up the fsb it not 100% and 105 and up wont even load windows. Its at 9.5x and 1.85 volts.

Compuwiz, Relax! This seems like a harmless survey thread, I am also pondering what others are successfully overclocking their Durons at, and what settings. I don't forsee any trolling, bashing, or bull$hit here.

600@1045
9.5 * 110 = 1045Mhz
1.75v
MSI K7T Pro2

Yes, I hope this can be a harmless thread for everyone... my intention is to see how successful you can be overclocking the FSB / Multiplier of Duron.

I've had more success overclocking the multiplier myself, compared to the FSB.

Keep it rolling guys... so far I think the highest FSB I've ever seen is 115Mhz, while most have kept it under 110Mhz.

duron 600x9 113MHZ FSB Mem running at cas 2 Turbo mode I think that around 150 MHz FSB mem is running at. Cya Coppermine LOL

D700 @ 1083MHz
Multiplier Factor --> 10.5
CPU FSB/PCI Clock --> 100/33MHz
CPU FSB Plus --> 0
Core Voltage --> 1.800v

What kind of memory are you running to get up to 110-115FSB? (to those who don't already have it listed)

What's the highest temp (cpu & mobo)before a cpu gets hurt? Or actually what's the optimal temp do you guys think a duron should be at?

Mine's at 40c at 1.7v and have yet to try fsb.

Hi acenuts, Well the best temp to have is, imo the lowest 🙂. Your 40c is ok but theres a +/- to every cpu/mobo. Try running a cpu intensive program like seti@home (For Team Anandtech of corse) and see what the temps are.
