Duron o/c. GlobalWin FOP38 or Alpha Pal6035?

Want to overclock a Duron 800 using MSi K7T Pro2-A mobo. Possibly to above 950 mhz. Which heatsink/fan combo would do the best cooling. I am aware of the loudness of the FOP38. That doesnt bother me. I can always replace the fan. I will scraping off the thermal pad on the heatsink and using Arctic Silver instead.

you have to sacrifice the performance for the loudness though

Compuwiz1 overclocks Tbirds to 1.3Gig with a FOP32-1 on a K7T Pro2, using just the Radio-Shack goo. I'll be getting Arctic Silver just because I don't want to have to put new grease every few months under the FOP32-1 I'll use on my Duron 700@950..

Know its not the question you asked, but I'm pretty happy with my FOP32-1 too. Couple degrees is worth the sleep I don't miss from the sound
