I have a Duron 800 on a FIC AZ-llE, I unlocked the processor using the pencil trick, but I can't get my processor to run stable over 800, Im at 850 now but when i try anything too hard on the processor the computer locks up.... I've tried different voltages and everything, but my processor was running at 874mhz with no problem without unlocking it....by the way this is in Win2k

All I can say is some chips just aren't good O/Cers. My Athlon 850 is not stable about 900 for anything and it not heat, usinga FOP38. So you might just have a not so great CPU. My chip is rock solid at 850. I'm not ruling out a BIOS problem yet, but I don't think mine is good canidate to O/C, you may have the same problem.

sh*t, thanks though, and I had high hopes too :(

Since you're a new member, I'll give ya the benefit of the doubt, but defeat the language filter again and you'll be on forced holiday from these forums for a while.

if it only freezes when you put hard load, it could be your cooling. check your temps frequently, especially when it's under heavy load.
