Duron BP_FID pins

Anand said in his Duron/T-Bird overclocking article that AMD might decide to disconnect the BP_FID pins if they wanted to eliminate overclocking.

If that happens is there a way to re-connect them? I'm planning on buying a Duron and overclocking it so I want to know. Thanks. 🙂
 
No. 🙂 "DIsconnecting" them would mean breaking the very fine wires inside the casing. 😉
 
ok I know this sounds kinda rude, but it's probably articles like Anand's that could make AMD d/c those pins 🙁
