Duron 800

I've got a Duron 800, 256 of pc133 Corsair, IWILL KK266 Mobo, Stuck a fan on my northbridge chip, added an exhaust to my case just for the heck of it ( although I must say it wasn't a waste ), All in all, I can't get it to OC above 970. I've got the voltage at 1.85, bus speed at 100, multiplier set to 9.5 right now so I'm only running at 950. Does anyone have any ideas that could help. Also right now if I OC higher than 970, the comp won't boot at all.

My Duron 800 (w46) can o/c to 1Ghz but cannot boot into Win98. Now running stable to 9x100 or 7 x 133 at 1.775v @ AbitKT7A (48c idle, 68c fully loaded).

What problems are you having when you try to go above 970? If you can boot and go to windows but crash after that, it could be your cpu cooler. I can boot my Duron 700 at 1ghz (and slightly above) but couldn't get it to run for more than a few minutes. I got a new (and better) hsf and it runs much happier now. If you can't boot then you may be stuck at where you are. Often times, you can up the voltage but you're already as high as you can go.
