No they are not overclocked, HSN had the first TBIRD systems, announced 2 days before AMD official. They also had the 1.1 gig BIRDS a day before AMD announced. They have to have a deal with AMD to do this.

You can imagine my surprise when a few days back I saw Duron 750's listed on a wholesalers price sheet. I was somewhat perplexed, but this just confirms that they must be available.

They are probably under NDA (non-disclosure agreement) until early monday morning. That's the normal policy.

They don't like to let Intel know that they're coming out with a new chip, so that Intel can't respond with one of their own.
