I got a Duron 700 currently running @ 900 :) with 1.75V.
It's stable, and never excess 44 degrees celsius.
How high can I set the voltage before it to toast my cpu, in order to get some extra MHz?

With some modification, it's possible to make your MB do 2.32V.

But i'm running my 700Mhz Duron @ 900Mhz and 1.55V. See no reason to make it hotter.

Voltage: 1.85
CPU Temp: +/- 39C
System Temp: +/- 26C

Dan, i'm impressed. You should do justice to the power you have. Have you done burin to test your chip? Want to support TA by joining our RC5 team?

Whithout modding your board the highest it will go is 1.85v which is safe. But if you want to overclock more I would suggest a better hs/fan, 44C is rather high.
