Duron 700 @ 1Ghz +

Pop over to my site and see the info - I can't believe I actually got a ghz+ with this CPU and all mobo setting maxed

I'm now @ 1010MHz stable as a rock and with Mushkin HSDRAM I have all the memory timing maxed I also have a KT7-Raid. I had to pencil the L1 bridge though.

These duron 700's are sweet.

What are your bios setting? 10x100? How many volts are you pushing to the cpu? I cant seem to post at 1000 with the same exact setup. When i setup at 10x100 it shows 9x100.

"I picked up a Duron 700 today and have it overclocked at 1022MHz (9.5x107Mhz) and at 1.85v. I'm using the Abit KT7-RAID mobo and mushkin HSDRAM and have all settings maxed (4-way interleave, turbo, fast cpu, etc..). Temp is at 47c with seti and prime95 running using the Globalwin FOP32-1 heatsink/fan. I also have 3 extra case fans blowing on the mobo and my case is open. I could not believe that prime95 actually passed at this speed but it did I have not tried higher YET, but probably will later today. A lot of bang for the buck ." ~3dgameman.com

I now have it at 9x112MHz - better memory performance this way.

I've tried sooooo many setting I can't remember what I'm taking about -

I NOW have it set at 9.5x106MHz
