Duron 600@800, ONLY 1.55v!!!! WOOOohooOo!!!!!!

man im loving this....in slew of my taisol cgk742092 heatsink review, im finally overclocking my "special" (week 29, 1.5v default) Duron....so far at 800 at ONLY 1.55v!!!!!!!!!! this is too cool maybe ill be able to get 1ghz out of it
how are the rest of you doing?

What sort of temps are you getting (load and idle)

1.6V 600 duron > 1 ghz@1.625 .. Temp 32 idle 36-38 full load, PAL 6035 open case..

Can only the week 29 durons oc that well? or is it just luck that you two got good chips?

you've probably got a 1GHz chip there with more voltage.

Hi there

On my sons computer I got it running stable 600@900 on 1.65V.

Temps are 33C under normal comditions and 39C under heavy load benchmarks etc.
Standard heat sink and fan.

By the way it is all running on a K7T Pro2.
