duron 103 fsb or 133 fsb

ok, i have a duron 750 at 1.03g (103 fsb x 10 multi) or 1.01g (133 fsb x 7.5 multi)
my question is which setup is better overall. both runs stable. my memory can run 133 cas 2, when i do use the 103 fsb, my memory can run at 136 if that makes a difference. also another question is what advantages and disadvantage at running one or the other.

if they're the same stability wise, the higher FSB gives you a performance boost whereas the multiplier doesn't... Upping the FSB basically clocks everything in your system, so if its stable, everything runs faster and at higher bus speeds than usual
