During Workout Supplement?

I take a pre and post-workout supplement (ON Vassive, works well), and all my bases are covered as far as protein and vitamins go. Is there anything that might help me out such as on squat and deadlift days? those really take a lot out of me.

I drink whey protein mixed with dextrose. Vassive isn't going to do anything for your energy levels. It's just creatine with a little bit of maltodextrin (30 calories).

You could take some EAA/BCAA's, popular brand I recommend is Purple Wrath. Other then that your set.

i drink water during my workouts. i find it help keeps me hydrated

BCAA/glutamines taken with a stimulant like caffeine if you really need it. But don't take it with whey as it blunts the effects of the AAs.

I mix cyto max (carbs) with beta alanine and citruline mallate and take a caffeine pill before workout. Works great.

I've heard good things about SciVation Xtend.

My during-workout drink of choice is water.
