I take a pre and post-workout supplement (ON Vassive, works well), and all my bases are covered as far as protein and vitamins go. Is there anything that might help me out such as on squat and deadlift days? those really take a lot out of me.
I drink whey protein mixed with dextrose. Vassive isn't going to do anything for your energy levels. It's just creatine with a little bit of maltodextrin (30 calories).
