Hey Guys, kinda simple question if you know about these things, but for me I just don't know.

I currently have an Audigy 2 ZS Platinum soundcard in my system. I just got a X-Fi XtremeMusic soundcard. It has a pin layout on the board that is 2x20 (if you count the spaces), and I was wondering if anyone knows if that layout is the same as the one on the Audigy 2 ZS?

I plan on looking closely at the pin layout on the A2 ZS when I pull it out, but I was wondering if Creative Labs keeps things moving evolutionary or revolutionary. Do they do vastly different layouts and configurations from previous designs or do they just add and tweak old designs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks...

I can't believe someone asked the same question as I did.... I SWEAR I checked before starting the new thread! I must have stepped away to eat breakfast and came back and posted. What a difference a half hour makes....

Anyway, his question got answered (with a helpful answer unlike Ichigos), so I will edit the title.
