I've always seen these everywhere I've been and everywhere I've lived but found out the other day that my fiancee's cousins who live in Green Bay don't have any at all around them, when they came to visit us in the Atlanta area they kept going on about how they go as much as they can when they come this way.

Which leads me to wonder, are Dunkin Donuts around where you live?


 
There's one sort of near me, it's about a 10 minute drive.

We also have a Krispy kreme place only maybe 3-4 minutes away... suffice to say, I don't go to dunkin donuts 😀

EDIT: Just saw their site. "Dunkin' Donuts"? They're such a rip off from Donut King...
 
The nearest Drunkin' Donuts is about 20 miles from me. So I am not sure what constutes in my area. You need to define "your area" or the approx distance from you in the opening post.
 
Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme all over NY... and neither is noticeably better than grocery store donuts (the ones made fresh in the bakery) I don't know wtf is up with people who rave about how awesome the donuts at either place are..
 
Krispy Kreme is just a novelty because you can see the donuts being made. There are so many Dunkin Donuts around NY and PA it's ridiculous. I don't eat donuts so it doesn't really effect me.
 
The question isn't whether or not I have a Dunkin Donuts near me.. it's how many Dunkin Donuts are there within a square mile of me.. the answer is A LOT! Which is fine with me since I visit D&D once a day, everyday for coffee.

Winchells seems to be in the West.

Everywhere in Connecticut. My wife's family does the same thing - no DD out west, so they're all over it when the come visit. We have two or three just in my town alone lol. Even Home Depot has them! (no joke)

I work next door to a dunkin donuts and at home (75 miles away) I live less than a mile from 3 more of them.

Nope. They're like a plague of locusts across the northeast...you guys really love your donuts. 😛 Of course, you don't have breakfast buritos, so there's some good to balance out the bad. 😀
