Dumping Physical Memory

AMD Anthlon XP 1800
256 RAM
GeForce 4 MX420
Unreal Tournament 2003

After playing the game for awhile, every now and then, it will crash out to a blue screen saying "Driver irq not less or equal... Beginning dump of physical memory"
Any ideas on what is causing this and how to fix it would extremely appreciated!!

Could be :

- overclocking
- your 256MB RAM stick: set timing to standard not turbo, run a RAM tester
- video card driver (try older or newer)
- hard drive problem corrupting swap file (check for disk problems)

- UT software bugs: memory leaks, resource leaks, other bugs

If it's UT leaking, exiting the program every so often will let Windows recover the memory / resources.
