Sorry for the cameraphone shots...if you can't tell, that's a guy, cleaning the windows on the 11th floor of a building across 38th St from me, with no harness.

This is the second guy I'm going to watch die in a week. This past Sunday, a guy got hit by a minivan going 40-45 mph while trying to run across 3rd Ave. flew across 3 lanes of traffic and landed about 20 feet from me, sat up, started screaming, and blood came out of every orifice on his face. Called 911, but didn't hang around as my gf was getting upset and a nurse and doctor ran over to help.

He's back in, it looked like he was going back out again, and I ran to the bathroom window to stick my head out and yell at him, and he went back in. I think he's done.

I was trying to make sure that he wasn't out the window when I yelled at him. He had it open and was just sticking his head out.
