Maybe some of you old-timers can explain to me what is to be gained by responses such as:

"What's that noise"
"In before the Lock"
"I smell a Lock"
"Click"

**NOTE** - I did 'not' include:
"Mod, please lock this thread"

In before the l*ck is a phrase that the Mods used awhile back to BAN users from Anandtech. If you want the Mods to institute the ban again, keep it up. The phrase is also a banned word.

If it smells like trout, get the heck out.....If it smells like chicken, keep on licken! Wait...that's not what I meant.

In like flynn. I just made it! Woohoo!

Hello,

in be fore the lock used to get people banned around here. I am not sure if it still does. Obviously not.

Stupid people bring threads to the top with their In be4 lock posts, steals bandwidth ... bla bla bla. I used to do it all the times just because everyone else did . I got banned from AT Forums and well since ever then I have been a little @$$kisser 🙂

That would be "What response can I type to get banned at AnandTech, Alex".
