Didn't have time to. We're starting Linux in my Operating Systems class; we were telneting into the college's little dedicated telnet server to experiment with the commands and Linux's command line interface. I was looking around the bin directory, and checking out commands. I typed "run," and hit enter. It just gave me a colon; I tried getting out a few ways. I think the last thing I did was try "q, Enter." Then, across the entire room, everyone's window said something like "Server halting for a reboot," and then they lost their connections. I suspect that I accidentally did that. No harm was done; just needed a reboot; and our class was the only one using the server.
Glad the class was just ending then.

I'll check out the manual entry for it when I get a chance to; thanks.
