I went to the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival yesterday, its last day this year. I'd forgone the previous two days, the heat wave I figure was just too much on those days. I was on roller skates the whole time and had my DSLR with great 18mm-250mm lens attached and took almost a 1000 photos of PEOPLE!!!!!!
A few videos too! I did these things the previous years too, never fails to be an exhilarating experience.
My favorite humans are beautiful sexy girls/women TBH. I tried not to miss taking pics of them.
At one point I noticed a couple of totally hot beautiful girls, probably about 20. They were super well dressed, having a great time, one was dancing. After a bit, they came over to me and one asked if I had a card for my photography. My response was pretty much like the final scenes of Dumb and Dumber: "I'm just an amateur." She replied, "I like your blades." I might have stammered "thanks," was thinking of commenting on how great they looked but didn't (I rarely say that to women). They walked away and disappeared.
I'm thinking I should print some cards. Many years ago I did have aspirations to be a professional photographer. I'm color blind (green blind), so I specialized in B&W, also it was cheap to DIY B&W, built a darkroom, etc. That predated digital photography. With digital cameras now, I suppose color's easier and way cheaper now, I guess I could do portraiture easily enough. Provide 8x10s, files.

Edit: Here's the slideshow I linked in post #92 on Oct. 10:
78 Selected photos taken at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, Sunday Oct. 5, 2014, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco
You should be able to run a slideshow.
In the park they had about 7 stages running pretty much simultaneously from ~11AM to 7PM for three straight days. Included in the photos are shots of 3 bands I witnessed, Robbie Fulks, Caitlin Rose and Jerry Douglas and the Earls of Leicester.
