I haven't been on a motorcycle since I had a accident back in July of 88. I hit a deer on a country road in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. I along with the remains of my Honda 1000 interceptor went into the ditch. I was knocked out cold for over a hour. Nobody even knew I was in the ditch with a huge gash on my calf muscle. The freaky thing is, after I awoke and hopped back to the highway to flag down a motorist, there was a pile of deer guts on the road but no deer. To this day I have no idea how that severely injured deer managed to leave the scene with 90% of it's guts spread across the road. The bike was a writeoff. I bought another a year later, but sold it the next fall. Haven't been on a bike since.

Riders like these annoy me to no end, everytime someone chimes in with 'I had a friend who...', I think about these idiots like these (my favorite was the guy with no helmet and no other gear during who rearended the car filming). Too bad the public doesn't understand the difference between squids and bikers.

Strangely, the reason I don't pull tricks like that is cuz there is no way in hell that I ever wanna see my bike flying end over end.

That was the funniest part. That dude all pissed after his bike went flying. How much you wanna bet he was crying when he walked over to that wall and put his head down.

Also-that idiot with no helmet...freakin' lucky to be alive.

Sorry, but among sport bikes, it's a lot more than 1%ers. 1%ers applies to Hells Angels, Banditos, etc. When you're talking sport bikes, it's more like 50%ers.

My guess would be that you see some behaviors as "normal" which I don't. I see more sport bikes weaving through traffic than not.
