I want to dual boot an SATA drive in AHCI mode, and a PATA drive.
The Windows Vista on the PATA drive was installed in native ide mode, and the SATA drive in AHCI mode.
Shouldn't the PATA drive not care about AHCI since its not on an SATA port? In other words, won't the PATA drive just use the PATA drivers only, and not be affected by how the slave drive on SATA is being accessed?
