DUKE vs. UNC Thread

The ACC is the toughest conference, year in, year out by FAR.

Especially this year. Put those wanna-be undefeateds, St. Joe's, and Stanford....whoops, they lost today....anyway, put those 2 against a schedule that ANY ACC team plays and they likely have 10+ losses.

St Joe's at #1 is a complete joke. They've played basically nobody. When your best win is Gonzaga, what does that say about your schedule?

Last time I checked they are #1 in the best conference in college basketball. Do you not expect them to get to the elite 8? I sure as hell do, Id bet on it.

you can declare the acc the best conference in the nation when they get 3 teams in the final four like the big12 did last year...

*ahem* First of all, that was last year, second, ask any sportswriter, commentator, etc which conference is the best, and I guarantee you almost every one of them will say the ACC. Big 12 stronger? Thats laughable.

Don't forget who won last year... Yeah Big East... but I agree, ACC is the strongest. Basically 6 out of 9 teams going to the dance. Also UNC will have another chance at Duke in the ACC tourney assuming they get past the first round... and this time not in Durham.

i watched the first 20 minutes of that game...and totally got bored by 10....

so inconsistent...and so....boring. Turned it off and went out to shoot some pool instead. had a much better time sitting around WATCHING people play pool than watching that game. bleh.
