Duke Nukem Forever demo coming June 3

I think peoole like Texashiker here don't realize the people making DNF now are NOT those that jerked us around for 10 years. Otherwise he wouldn't say such stupid things.

Yes, I do realize that. If you read my post, you would realize I have been keeping up with DNF since the late 1990s.

3DRealms jerked the chains of fans for so long, that I am still a little pissed off about it. So what if gearbox finished the development, the main guys at 3dRealms need to be lined up and kicked in the nuts.

Since I am a member of the early access club I will be playing the demo. After I play the demo, then I will make up my mind as to whether I want to buy DNF.

A demo is supposed to let you... demo... the game. How is it a demo if you have already purchased it?

It's like saying, "if you make a down payment on a car, we'll let you test drive it".

Its for 1st access club members. The demo will be released to the general public on an unspecified date to EVERYONE. Although, they haven't said if it will be before or after the release of the game (I would think before).

Basically, the first access club is just a ploy to drum up business for Gearbox as one has to purchase one of their two products to get in.

I'm only in because I bought Borderland last year and the 1st access club came with it unbeknownst to me.
