Dui ffffuuuuuuu

.081 ..... .001 more than the legal limit. i had 6 drinks over 4 hours and i weigh 170. i did the math and figured i was ok to drive.

I got fined 500 dollars, and had to get someone to pick me up from the check point. no jail time. but like 5 points against me.

Edit: the cop who wrote my ticket had band hand writing. It's actually 8 points and 800 dollars with a court date.

You're a complete fucking idiot if you drink right up to your maximum allowed by law. Drinking 6 beers before driving, and I don't give a shit if you did it over 'four hours', is moronic.

And Fish and Chips don't metabolise alcohol, dimwit.

At a .081 you should have at least started to feel a little something, maybe not much but something. 🙁

You probably just had stronger stuff then normal, or you started drinking faster towards the end.

Oh and was the check just because of the checkpoint, or was your driving that bad?
And at .001 to high if you were have gotten checked almost any amount later you would have been under.

Eat shit.

The legal maximum is there for a reason, would you be giving him shit if he were .79 which is the maximum legal amount?

That's why the number is there, so people can drink to the maximum allowed by law.

Anyways bro, I certainly think that if you think there is even the slightest chance you might have been over, there's no reason to risk it.

Sorry to hear about your problems.

I think what he was getting at is that the OP is a fool for knowingly drinking right up to the legal limit because of the likelihood of being marginally over. Apparently he's correct.

Hey, try as hard as you can to not kill anyone next time you get into your car drunk, k?

OP, the only thing you are an "idiot" about was blowing. Surprised that you still got the DUI, pretty lame if you ask me.

Haha lol. The only way I would have any sympathy for you is if you drank 1 beer, and even then not much. Anything more than that and it's your fault and you get what you deserve. Drinking and Driving isn't something to toy with.

If the officers deem you impaired, even if you are below the legal limit, can still give you a ticket. and some officers will manipulate the results just to raise funds for their juridiction.

and never, ever give a volontary blow on the straw, any lawyer will tell you that.without the evidence of that, it harder for the state to make a case.

Wow, diaf OP.

I don't approve of drinking and driving even if it is under the legal limit.:thumbsdown:

If you're .79, you're at the maximum, but not technically drunk.

So play that back to me again please.

There you go.

Is it really an on off switch? Not Drunk to Drunk? No. Your driving and reactions are impaired at drink one, so play that one back to me and let's see how you want to spin it this time.
