Okay, Win98SE on C: and Win2kpro on D:, Can I do away with win98se?
(format C: and have PC boot to win2k on D🙂 or will I have to format both drives and just install win2k on C:?
 
You should be able to format the C: drive and do a repair on the Win2K install on the D drive
 
... or, if you wish, you can simply and safely delete c:\windows and whatever else is not used by w2k.
