dude teases cops by talking into iphone cookie, get busted for unpaid tickets

lol that sucks for him. Should have paid up his tickets before screwing around with cops like that.

In fact screwing around with cops is probably illegal in itself. They'll also gladly find something else to charge him with while they stop him, such as an expired license sticker or dirty light or too much snow on car, or other silly thing like that.

Best not to draw attention to yourself when it comes to cops.

Tip: When pretending to do something illegal, make sure you aren't actually doing anything illegal.

Since the idiot was tweeting while he was driving, he was already doing something illegal...and stupid. The cookie shit was just heaping stupid upon stupid.

what an idiot
he got what he deserved

Agreed. Drivers farting around with their phones is a real problem, and who needs some asshat driving around with a fake one trolling the cops? If he were trolling border agents doing illegal stop and frisks or something, that would be a different story.

Makes sense that anyone dumb enough try this would be dumb enough to not pay their speeding tickets.

This stinks of made up viral crap. Comedian tries to drum up hype. I'm betting the whole thing is fake.
I wondered the same thing.

- Photo of self in car.
- Photo of bitten phone-cookie next to a black and white car. (Those hubcaps don't look like the kind I see on police cars.)
- Photo of self in front of police station.

Says I have a warrant for unpaid parking tickets? Making me go with him. Letting me text gf but Im tweeing this.
"Sir, please come with me."
"Ok, I will. Can I just quick post something on Twitter here quick?"
"Sure, sounds good."

Or it's legit, and the officer was running out the clock at the end of his shift.

In California where he was, it's illegal to have either food or drink in your hand while driving.

So I'm voting with those thinking it's a made up fake.

He'll get pulled over for driving with a phone. Once pulled over and he eats food right in front of the officer, that's a second charge. And I'm sure they could nail him for distracted driving for having a cookie in hand instead of on the wheel.

Idiot!

How many parking tickets do you have to have for them to issue a warrant. Wow.

just 1. warrants get issued and stay on the books. when a cop pulls you over, grabs your license, they're checking to see if you have outstanding warrants. (any unpaid tickets automatically create warrants.)

LOL you don't troll freaking cops when driving a vehicle (well if you're smart you don't troll them period). There is just so much shit that even without the warrant they could get you for.

When I was in grade school, I "flicked" one of my friends off with my ring finger.

My teacher said, you can't do that and sent me to the principles office. I said "Noo noo, its not my middle finger!"

I got in trouble.

I don't do stupid shit like that anymore and expect it to be cute, funny, and get away with it.
