dude pulls over cop for dangerous driving

Cop needs corrective training. Proper procedure is to tase, then shoot the trucker, and steal the camera away. Then claim self defense. Everyone knows this.

Here in Cleveland, the proper procedure would have been to call 100 other cop cars, and then proceed to fire hundreds of shots at the truck (with maybe 5 bullets actually hitting the mark).

"I don't remember having my phone on me."

Lying sack of shit. Bad cop. Guys like that piss me off; they ruin the reputation of the good cops out there. Believe it or not, there are good, professional, respectful law enforcement personnel. But you'd never know it, with douchebags like this guy. That truck driver is a hero. 🙂

"You got your log book on you? Let's just have a look at that."

Corrupt bastard.

Oh, so the cop tried to get out of it,.. like most of the people they usually pull over - yet, everyone loses their shit over him being human.

You people expect too much of the police. I think you want something along the lines of angels or some other metaphysical being that is ruled by perfection and does not wrong.

when the dude confronted the mofo cop, he tried to cite him for unrelated stuff, that abuse of power was worse than the talking on the phone with speeding

There is no excuse for corrupt cops...ever!! Human or not!!

This is wrong. She was "beaten" because she was resisting arrest. She wasn't arrested for Jaywalking, she was arrested for refusing to show ID while being ticketed.

Just another useless cop being useless and wasting the people's money and being an asshole.

These sort of cops simply need to be fired, and the number of police cut back.

Why the courts have long ruled these type of arrest are legal and valid. Even the most progressive of judges have ruled in favor of these type of arrest, and any searches done after the arrest.

I have a friend who has done this. He's a marine and ever since he got back from Iraq he can't stand non constitutional police officers or cops who think they're above the law.

Because what the cop doesn't understand is: if we're going to ignore the Constitution and do whatever we want, the natural order will not have cops at the top. Cops will be working for soldiers.

sadly things are only going to get worse.dont blame me,i didnt vote for the hope and change guy

Citizen Pulls Over Police Officer

In an attempt to bring attention to the issue of unlawful traffic stops by police impersonators, Gavin Seim of Washington state flagged down a police officer.

The former Republican congressional candidate and self-proclaimed "liberty speaker" stopped a Washington state police officer last week because he was driving an unmarked vehicle.

Seim asked the officer if it was a registered unmarked vehicle for undercover work.

When the officer replied that it was a patrol car, Seim informed him of the law, saying, "You're not allowed to have patrol cars that are unmarked, are you aware of that?"

In the state of Washington, police are allowed to drive unmarked vehicles for special undercover work but not for regular patrols. This is not a national law.

Seim then went through all the normal steps of a traffic stop: taking the officer's name and asking to see his license. Then after a lengthy discussion about the law, Seim let him off with a warning. He urged the officer to speak with his bosses about their illegal patrol cars.

As odd as this may seem, Seim explains that he has a reason for this type of activism. He says that police using unmarked vehicles for regular patrols puts citizens in danger, because people can never be sure if they're being pulled over by actual cops. On his blog he wrote, "If you think it's not a serious issue, try asking those that have been raped or lost loves [sic] ones because of unmarked cars."
