I agree with you. However, fact of the matter is it isn't legal, and this judge violated the Florida Code of Judicial Conduct. He should be removed from his position.

a. the judge was an idiot for doing it in public
b. i think he should have the right to do it at home as long as it doesn't affect his ability to do work
c. why would he be so stupid to do that sht in public
