Duck tales

After having kids, I saw the DVDs on sale. They really need to remaster these and upscale them to 16:9. I was disappointed with the quality.

Oh i would love that. they were great cartoons.

And how come new shows don't have such great songs as intro's? man i can still sing the duck tails intro word for word.

Me too. Been working on ripping them for my 2 year old to watch. But the quality is definitely not that great, not that my kid will mind.

The 80's was like the golden age of intros. These days shows don't even have them. They prefer to cram in another commercial instead. (When attack of titan premiered in the States they butchered the opening into a 10 seconds for just that purpose, in addition to making other cuts and edits and other crap) Everything about America these days feels diluted and watered down compared to the good old days.
