okay, so ive only heard like 4-5 songs total, i know nothing about this genre, other than of those that i have heard, a LOT are repetitive beats, but there are some that are actually pretty good...

so, ATOT what do you have for this genre?
 
can i get some ideas on songs, etc... im trying to actually listen to them on a system... if anyone happens to randomly link to the one that i absolutely think is a GREAT song (i have NO idea artist/title/etc) i would be fucking estatic.

my biggest problem currently is that my speakers have a low filter set at 60hz... ned a sub so bad, but my Marantz 1120, doesnt really have a sub output...

i may be off on where the xover is set at (custom made xover, these speakers were supposed to be for an in-car setup, but i never finished them, so they were put in 1.7cu. ft ported boxes... 6.5" mids and a tweeter... they just dont quite go low enough... perhaps i shall put on my HD280's

ugh, plugged in my headphones only to realize that the left channel doesnt output anything anymore (this amp has been in my hands for about 5 years and its around 40 years old)

I have to agree that a lot of it is really really bad and repetitive because it's the cool new thing to do and all, but there is a small percentage of it that is truly ground-breaking and fresh.
