Dualie questions

I'm thinking of getting a dual setup for my next upgrade. The Tyan S2460 looks to be the one for me. I have two questions, will the normal Athlon T-Birds work in this board or must I use Athlon MPs? Also, what kind of RAM must I use with it?

i believe regular tbirds work though i wouldnt use anything but palos. DDR ram is used i believe. smp powered!
