Dual USB car chargers. Lots of options, but which is best?

Looking for a USB charger with 2 USB ports that will plug into the 12V accessory outlet. I can find tons and tons of different choices, but they all have reviews ranging from "BEST THING EVER!" to "Doesn't work at all!" so I don't know which one to go with. Anyone here own one of these chargers that can attest to their quality?
 
I'd just get the cheapest one you can find because I doubt spending extra money will get you better or more reliable components. Buy from a reputable enough place that you will be able to exchange it if it doesn't work.
 
I have a Griffin (I think) one I grabbed from work....works great with 2 ports (I believe, I only use 1 anyhow).
 
Oh, I guess I should have mentioned what I'm charging...

Ideally I'd love to be able to charge a phone and tablet, but I'm not sure if there's enough juice for that. At the very least it should be able to charge two smartphones at the same time.
 
Ah, well that makes it different. Depending on the tablet, you def. need more juice. For instance the iPad needs 2.0 amps instead of 1.0 I believe, regardless I know it is higher.
