Doesn't anybody actually look at Anand's main page :)? He has a link in the news section to a very short test a a preproduction dual amd ddr board. All it has in it is a linux kernal compile time but its better than nothing.

I personally would wait a another 2-4 months. Never get the first round of a new toy. Especially considering that all the new chipsets are coming out along with the bigger and badder buses. If you're going dual, you might as well just hang on until DDR takes ahold of boards and proves its worth. And forget Tyan *spews uncontrollably*!! those things are the worst....always go for the double AA's (Abit and ASUS)

best boards imo are supermicro boards. proven to be rock-solid server and production boards.

LOL?Abit, don?t make me laugh! You mean the RMA guru?s Abit? Tyan is known for it?s stability, they may not be the best overclockers due to its limited FSB, voltage settings, but not everyone in this industry overclocks.

If it?s a Tyan and their selling it I?ll take their word for it that it?s stable. Abit, hahaha, two RAM?s in a month personally! Never again!

As far as Tyans being crap, we produce systems that are delivered to hospitals with tyan dual CPU boards, I don't hear anything about them being a bad board but do hear that they are OEM/embedded friendly as a manufacturer because they will make a board long after many manufacturers obseleted the equivilent. As far as Asus goes, they just work, no prayers needed :)
