Would this be incompatible with any hardware/software? If not, where do I get it, and can it Overclock?

Would be no different than dual FC-PGA motherboards and you would need an OS like NT, Win2k, or Linux to take advantage of the second processor.

You'll have to wait like me until at least January to get your hands on a dual socket A board
