<yoyoyohowsdajello mode>Or a projector</yoyoyohowsdajello mode>

look up....:p

Yeah, yeah, I saw right as I was posting, I couldn't resist anyway. :D

Ok then, as long as we're all on the same page here.

Oh, and dual 24" ones doesn't impress me either... what's the point of that? Watch two widescreen movies at once?

Just this weekend I had about 20 people watching a movie on my projector and it was very entertaining. I'd like to see somebody try that with a monitor. They might be good for 1 person, but even two and you're kind of pushing it.

it's all about mutitasking. 2 porn full screen at the same time?

:)

but once you go dual, you can't go back

I currently have 3x Dell 1504FP 15" TFTs connected to my system, and view movies only on one at a time. Screw breaking them up between screens.

However, I would adore 3x Dell 2405FPW's to replace these. In heaven.

:p

I'd prefer 2x 30" Apples but you'll need a pricey graphics card and £2k for each of the dam screens! SAYING that I did spend £2k on my own 23" LCD 2years ago :p wHY wasn't that out then?! I'd have gotten that but I've had 2years of being productive with a 23"

Not if one sits in the other's lap...:lips:

The main point is the increased resolution. NO projector unless your talking SERIOUS $100k+ will come close to matching even a single 1920x1200 res of the 23-24" LCD's. Let alone having 2 of them!

I have a 23" widescreen and it is great for the real estate in work and when watching movies on it. It would be great to have another 23" along side it but pricey!

Projector > * for movies in a decent light controlled room. Just gives a much bette screen size.

You can get a 1920x1080 projector for around $25,000 :p

I have to ask, what program/hardware are you using to be able to do that?
