Dual PSUs

I have two almost new Antec PSUs (TP 330 and blue 350) neither of which is enough to power my rig.

Thinking of paralleling them at the ATX connector and using one to power the P4 board and fans and the other to power the vid card and hard drives.

Any potential pitfalls (other than the obvious wire mess)?

I can't be sure, but that does not sound like a good idea at all.
If the True330 can't power it, you need to buy a new PSU, because you must be running an overclocked X800, Prescott and pulling several SCSI drives on top of that.
