Dual P3 (Tiger Tyan 100) or Athlon T-Bird (Socket A) setup?

I am building a new system next week and I am confused whether to build a dual P3 system or an athlon socket A setup. I want to build the athlon, but as of now the motherboards out still seem "immature." I have never built a P3 setup and don't know whether it will be worth it to do so. Any advice would be appreciated.

I like the Tyan Tiger and Thunder 100 Motherboards.
Personally I love the Thunder 100, for it has on board, sound/network/SCSI.. good workstation motherboard.I am not sure if the Tiger 100 is the same type with on board stuff.

The nice thing about teh Thunder 100 is that you got PCI slots to fill and you are only limited by IRQ.
By the way, its a very very very stable motherboard.

The tiger 100 is a pretty wicked board. I would get a dual system since it is better for multitasking. Take a look at the msi 694d as well since it supports socket procs natively so you can use big heatsinks. Also if you end up taking the dual road please tell me how your system turns out since im very close to upgrading to a dual system but im torn between the tiger 100 and the 694d so i need some feedback for people who have the boards.
