Dual monitors or widescreen for web design?

I have a widescreen Dell 20inch and a regular 17inch dual-monitor setup. Widescreen for development in Eclipse/Homesite/Dreamweaver, regular mon. for previewing webpages.

About the only thing better is a bigger widescreen mon *and* a bigger regular mon

dual screen, but it depends on the resolution of your monitors. I've got 1440x900 and 1600x1200, both LCD's and I love it.
