Dual monitors, one button flashes in standby

I recently bought a second Dell U2410. One is hooked up to the DVI-D port and the second to the HDMI port on my mobo (I'm using a 3570K cpu). When I put the computer into standby the power button on the older monitor goes out, but the button on the new 2410 blinks on and off. I checked all the settings and switched the ports but that didn't change anything. I find the flashing annoying, especially since the first monitor never did it IIRC.

Does anyone know how to solve this?
