One of my roommates left for fall break so i yanked his monitor off his desk and gave myself a dual monitor setup. Luckily his monitor has the same outer shell as mine so it looks like two identical monitors.

duel 2001fp's here :)

One of them gets returned to Dell next week though, so I'm enjoying the duel setup for the weekend.

I have dual NEC AccuSync 70's...

I hope your roommate doesn't mind you doing that, because I would be mightily pissed if I was him.

I've had my dual-monitor setup for a couple of years now, and I'd never go back to only 1 monitor unless I had to. I'd like to know when nVidia or ATI might offer a 3-monitor setup (for those who scream Matrox at me, a Matrox cannot play a game quite like the big 2 can).

Get a "good" nvidia or ati card and add a pci video card.

or get a PCI-X mobo and get a couple and chain em together.

I've had my dual 955df's for several years now. It's one of the best purchases I've ever made. And... once you go dual, you can't go back. I had to get another monitor for my office computer because I felt so cramped on one screen.

Word. However, they're like £500 on Dell's UK site. Bah.
