Dual monitor with Radeon 9800 and can only adjust settings for one monitor? HELP

I have a hitachi and a samsung 19 inch monitor, the dual display works but i cannot fine tune the second monitor, there is no color, no brightness, etc...Is there a way to adjust the secondary monitor settings?

Please help, the SAMSUNG needs to have the brightness adjusted badly.

in the windows display properties > settings, look right under the window that shows the displays and there is a dropdown menu titled displays, pick #2 secondary monitor and then select the advanced tab.

When you go to the display properties. Click on identify does a 1 and 2 show up on the monitors? Go to advanced display properties. Displays and make sure both monitors are activated. Go back to the screen with the resolution color settings. Click on the 2 from the monitor positioning thing. Check extend desktop onto this monitor. Should be able to adjust monitor then also.

i have tried those....for some reason, i only have the extended features for adjustment on the primary monitor, on the second monitor, all i get is the general , adaptor, monitor, troubleshoot and color managemnet...nothing like the other extended features i get with the primary monitor..

do you think it has to do with i am using a dvi to vga adapter?
