Dual Monitor Setup Questions

I have 2 LCD's: a 22" Dell E228WFP and a 19" Dell 1900FP.
The native resolution for the 22" is 1680X1050 and the native res for the 19" is 1280X1024.

As you can probably tell, one is widescreen and the other is not.

My C2D rig is powered by a XFX 7950GT Extreme Edition 512MB GPU.

So here's my questions:

Is this setup OK for gaming? ie I can run the game on the 22" WS LCD and use the 19" simultaneousley for web browsing, email, etc...?

What resolution do I want to set my PC up for?

What resolution do I set a game up for? I primarily play City of Heroes. I assume I need to run it in window mode to have it displyed on one screen with a stretched desktop...

Any other info or adivice you can offer on dual monitor gaming?

Certainly.
Though maybe not simultaneously. You'd need to alt tab outta the game to use the secondary display, but it would show what you had left running in the secondary display while you game

Same as normal.
Set the 22" to 1680x1050 & the 19" to 1280x1024.

Nope. You can set CoH to 1680x1050 full screen & it will utilize the full 22" display without bothering the 19".

You'll discover how dual displays work in a hurry one you enable them
