Should work just fine! There are only a handfull of games that allow you to play them using both monitors at the same time, and are mainly MS flight sims, which allow you to drag a view window onto the second monitor.
Most games will be played on the primary card (the one you boot from, as determined in motherboard Bios, AGP or PCI). Some games such as OpenGL will require you to temporarily disable Windows desktop extended 2nd monitor.
