How do I get it so that I have an IE window in the left monitor and then when I click on a link in the IE window that is placed in the left window have it open up in my right monitor window. I tried closing an IE window in the right window while holding shift. But when I place the IE window I want to open links from back into the left hand pane it opens everything back into the left hand pane. It's as though it doesn't recognize that I have dual monitors. How would I get it so that it recognizes both monitors or as an entire desktop rather than two seperate desktops?

Win XP Pro suppoorts dual displays. Don't think Home does. Never heard of a window in the same application jumping over with out dragging it there manually. hth.

Both XP Home and Professional support dual displays, so thats not the issue. That's a weird problem though, does this happen with all applications (like Firefox)?
