Dual languages on one machine

I run English XP Pro and have two user accounts setup. My wife would like to work with Chinese (traditional) menus etc. Is it possible to set her user account and leave mine in English? Thanks.
 

You should be able to, yeah. Just load up the additional language under regional settings in the control panel. Have her login under her own account and set the regional settings to her preferences.
 
I did that but it only gives me the language at the right of the task bar. Typing still displays English and menus are also in English.
