Dual Intel processor question

After a day of research and using the search feature here I still have an unanswered question. Will the fcpga Celeron work properly in a dual processor board. I have found 2 conflicting general truths:

#1: Intel and most board manufacturers say only the fcpga PIII will work in dual mode. The Celeron will only work as a single.

#2: Other misc sources state any fcpga processor will work in dual mode.

Has anyone here actually done a dual Celeron Socket 370 fcpga system?

The Celeron2 (Coppermine-128) and Tualeron are SMP locked and will not function in SMP mode unfortunately.

First off, welcome, tkoller, to AnandTech.

Celeron-2 or Coppermine-128 = FCPGA Celeron
Tualeron = Celeron using Tualatin Core (.13 Micron with 256KB L2 Cache)

Although unsupported by Intel, PPGA celerons have been proven to work in SMP mode.
