Dual high power car chargers?

I'm looking for a dual USB car charger that puts out at least 2A to BOTH ports at the same time. I have an iP5S, a HTC One, and a Samsung 8.4 Pro tablet but don't figure to worry about the iPhone that much so my main concern is being able to charge both the HTC One and the Sammy 8.4 tablet at the same time AND while using both at the same time.

The reason? I sometimes use the Sammy tablet as a large GPS navigation device using Google Maps and wifi tethering from the HTC One so both devices need to be one and in use and since a trip can be upwards of 16 hours in a day and perhaps more it's important the charger is actually able to put out high power to both devices at the same time.

So, any suggestions?

I doubt the no brand ebay ones can deliver the listed specs.

FYI, a new phone like the galaxy s4,s5, htc one use rapid charging and can use up to 1,900 mA. The ebay charger only does 1 amp I assume (2 amp total, 1 amp per port?). The ebay charger is meh.

That Anker one is pretty much the best of them all because of the PowerIQ ports.

Get that Anker one above, not the one with one slot and one built-in coiled cord. I've had all of mine go bad on the coiled cord side.
