Is it possible to use two video cards- one agp and the other pci- in a dual display setup? Or can it only be done with a dual head video card?

Onboard i810 AGP + Matrox Millenium PCI feeding two NEC FE950s here and a Creative Savage4 PCI + ATi Xpert 128 AGP feeding two 17" displays at home.
