Dual Display with AIM Question

This might seem stupid but this has been annoying me a lot recently

i just set up my dual display with a gf3ti200 agp and my pci stb tnt1 card

you know when you move your cursor over your buddy list on AIM, the yellow box pops up and shows you the buddy's info of online time, idle time etc etc?

now i keep my aim buddy list on the right edge of my primary monitor

if window spanning is enabled, the yellow pop up box gets split between my first and 2nd monitor
if it isnt... the entire box gets shifted to the center of teh 2nd monitor.

this is really annoyingt because my 2nd monitor is kinda far and i only use it sparingly when i get an overflow of apps running or just want to watch anime while i'm chatting or something =P

i cant figure out how to make the popup stay fully in my primary monitor....

any suggestions?
